My Story

Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career at the intersection of learning strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth. From launching QC University and guiding the adoption of modern LMS platforms to supporting enterprise transformation at Oracle Health, I’ve worked to align training with business outcomes while keeping people at the center.

My journey has spanned roles as a facilitator, instructional designer, and learning leader — but the constant has been a focus on helping others succeed.
